Adult Therapy
I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and difficulties related to immigration transitions.
During our meetings, we collaboratively explore your expectations for therapy. I assist you in articulating your hopes and goals, which helps in crafting a personalized treatment plan. Regular check-ins are conducted to identify any obstacles you’re facing and to track your progress. This process aims to enhance your understanding of your internal world, identify your challenges and triggers, and foster self-regulation and self-compassion.
I offer sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed basis.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

Each session costs $160

Parents and caregivers
Children sometimes struggle to express their feelings and thoughts. When overwhelmed or triggered, they may exhibit these masked emotions through aggressive behavior, screaming, crying, hitting, kicking, shutting down, or shyness, for example.
This can leave parents feeling confused and unsure of how to respond. They may find themselves caught in a cycle of reactive emotions such as aggression, guilt, shame, sadness, resentment, helplessness, hopelessness, and disappointment.
I can support parents in understanding their experiences during interactions with their children, exploring challenges within their family dynamics, and identifying their triggers. As a result, caregivers will be able to develop coping strategies and create a validating and secure environment that improves the parent-child relationship.
I offer sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed basis.
